If you know a Western Sydney employer willing to host students like you, please send their contact details at least a month beforehand. We will contact them and arrange all the paperwork and legal stuff for you. Easy as!

Alternatively, you can ask the employer to fill in and sign the Host Employer Form and supply them a copy of the Employer Guide. This makes sure you are covered by your school’s insurance during your placement.

Make sure your employer signs this form at least 4 weeks prior to you starting your work placement! We will be in touch with your employer to confirm final details and to discuss the process of hosting a work placement student.

No signed and valid Host Employer form means no Work Placement!
